Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time to get settled before your service. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do what we can to complete your service in the allotted time. Full pricing will still apply. If more than half of your appointment time has passed you will need to reschedule your appointment. Full pricing for your initial appointment will apply. We will do all that we can to accommodate late arrivals but ask for your understanding in that some service providers are working on a commission and/or fee per service pay structure and are unable to schedule others when you have reserved time.
Cancellations require 24 hours of notice. Without notice, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or subject to full payment in order to re-book. We understand that emergencies happen and hope you understand that our service providers have reserved this time just for you.
In order to guarantee any chemical treatments recommended professional products must be used after service.
Any concerns regarding a service provided must be reported within 7 calendars days of original appointment date.
